We Fell In love And Then We Met

We fell in love and then we met
A random chance in a tattered net
From Willipa hills to the Land of Oz
We danced on the moon lit by the stars
Wishes and dreams we tried to keep
But debris and clutter cut us deep
On silver wings at dawn one day
She unlocked her chains and flew away
The lake is black, cold and still
Broken dreams, abandoned will
