Things Are Different

The sky is a little more blue
And clouds are just a bit whiter
I feel your love when I look at the moon
And sunsets a little bit brighter
I think about you all the time
Like some old favorite song
The lovely rhythm lingers
And the lyrics never wrong
Our love is like a gentle rain
Soft as a butterfly wing
And beautiful like a blooming rose
In the early spring
So I leave with this little thought
My wife
My lover
My princess
Until the next time we make love
I'll always miss your kisses
