There will be a better day
leave your fears to Jesus
he will set them straight
he will look after us
all you need to do is wait

look to the Son of God
hold him in your arms
no need for you to prod
you will come to no harm

Christ will see us through
no matter the weather
please, let me love you
this time, it will be better

the Almighty always fills the pot
just set down and pray
it wont come to naught
there will be a better day
