she kissed his lips
she held his hand
she stole his heart again and again
she heard his voice
she said his prayer
she stole his heart again and again
she shut him out she let him in
she pushed him away to drag him back in
she ignored his prayer and turned her cheek
she broke his heart again and again
he said goodbye
she stole her voice
her laughing smile
he made is choice
and then one day
his heart amiss
by someone else\'s love
someone else\'s kiss
she stole his heart again and again
and all awhile i saw his pain
i saw his love get washed away
i heard his prayers
i fell for his voice
he broke my heart
he stole my voice
