Lost Love Poem ~ I Was Right

nothing last forever but it can last until you die,
everything will get better if you just trust me and try

you said you'd love me always but baby you made us just friends in the end, now i'm sitting here alone and crying again

what should i do
what should i say
when it comes Monday on a school day

should i look you in the eyes and ask you why or should i pretend nothing ever happened between me and you and go on to someone new

now before i met this boy i told him once and i'll tell him again...the heart is not a play thing the heart is not a toy but if you want it broken just give it to a boy

now i was right and he was wrong because he said he\'ld never leave me and now he is gone
