i gave you a kiss
and held my breath
the anticipation of you
suddenly filling my head

your kiss arrived
and my heart skipped a beat
could this be the one
i was destined to meet

we make a date
our fate is now sealed
our lives will be altered
our hearts will be healed

two strangers kiss
two world's collide
my feelings for you
i am unable to hide

the power of a kiss
has my faith renewed
newfound hope
because of you

a heart has been opened
from one simple kiss
a love discovered
a journey into bliss
