Sweet Love Poem ~ Love's New Beginning

When i look into your eyes, i see the beauty that is our lives.
you have touched my heart and soul,
and it is with you that i wish to grow old.
you have brought so much happiness into my life.
before all all there was , was a emptiness and a pain so deep it pierced my heart like a knife.
you and you alone have given me the reason to go on,
by the smile that you have given to me each day,
and though i may be older, you have gave me youth in your laughter,
beauty and loving ways.
no one has ever made me this happy,
as just having you near gives to me.
yes without a doubt,
this love of ours was always to be.
no more tears, no more pain.
just happy years, with a lifetime of joy to gain.
thank you for loving me each and everyday as only you can.
and together we shall hold each others hands,
as we begin our life together and cross this great land.
a new life is shining brightly upon us.
and i promise you only the happiest of times ,
you dear sweet love of mine.
