Fall In Love Poem ~ Much Like Falling

Only gravity to keep me down
Wind howling in my ears
when she shouldn't make a sound
I cry dry-eyed
For only rain can loosen her clutches
Try to make sense
But nothing is what it is

I see the world getting smaller below me
Just like the time
your wind vanished from under me
And though I know you can do nothing else
I bellow your name and cry for your help

If I were to get lost in your eyes
Fast and further i'd meet my despise
And if I were to ask a touch
Although from you there'd never be so much
I'd lose all comfort in the skies

Why is love the way it is?

To a heart-rendering demise from ignorant bliss
To mindless cries from an endless kiss
I see the world in new light
I see its lows in new heights
An experience as true as it is unclear
If only you were falling with me there
