the whisper of the lord

i hear this voice whispering in my ear

he keeps saying have no fear for i am near

i feel no fear when i hear the whisper

for the know the voice is that of my keeper

he watches over me daily offering his help

he guides me taking thoughts away from myself

he is here with me night and day

for he is my savior , to whom i pray

i always feel at home when i hear his voice

and i always feel like singing with great rejoice

the love i feel when i hear his voice

my heart beats fast my eyes get moist

even as i write this i can feel him near

wanting all to know he is always here

so if you hear a whisper into your ear,

its your heavenly father, have no fear.
