I Wish

I wish I could find the words to tell you the right thing. I wish I could find the words that would get you to see. I wish I could find the words to stop you from the leaving me.

I made this poem in hopes to bring you home. I say this from my heart that wishes for another start.

I wish I could find the words to warm your heart. I fear the tears that will not drop. I love you and I will not stop. Give me a sign but please be kind.

As you are always on my mind. I get no reply but I know with out you my love will die. They say time heals all wounds but without you I feel a terrible gloom.

I know I was not right and I hated to fight that is now behind. Our future could be so kind if we would both stop acting so blind.

You are a falling star which I did not see how bright you shined.

I have found a way if you will only stay. As I cry I beg for you my dear please to do not leave me in fear.

Alone is not what I want and I will not stop. For you are my only star. So shine bright and let me hear from soon because I wish for this not to be our doom
